Hey Charles, I couldn’t agree with you more. Do you think you can build an in-house team with freelancers until you have the budget for full time hires?
This is the way. That’s kind of the model we have now where we foster long term relationships with great freelancers, and if it feels like it makes sense to go full time (and all the benefits and security that offers) - then we make that move together. Equally there are roles we can never justify having full-time so a mix of freelance and employees works for us. But the main thing is these labels are more of a formality - everyone is made to feel part of the Pip Decks team!

This is so true. I can confirm after blowing $30k on a marketing agency and them getting us 0 clients. Doing all on house since then 😊
